Sunday Night Volume 5

Rampage vs Stingers are this weeks Sunday Night Showdown. Rampage are sitting on 6 points and in sole possession of third in the Ranger division. They trail the Tribe by one point for second, and are two points behind the mighty MIB.

Stingers are in rebuilding mode this season, and have only one point. They are bringing up the rear of the Ranger Division. Stingers as we all know have had possession of the Keg for the past two seasons, but have split the team to form a Silver Squad.

Rampage are in their second season, and first under the direction of Head Coach Phil Shipp. The Rampage were a team in chaos last season, but have since been really pulling it together.

This is an important game especially for the Rampage. A win will keep them in the running for the highly coveted first or second seed which will give them a first round bye in the playoffs. For the Stingers the game is very important as well as they need get a W to restore some dignity and get out of the basement.

Stingers no longer have the team chemistry that led to a record setting 5 Stanley kegs. The Rampage are trying to find their chemistry as they push on towards the playoffs. I predict this one will be close with the Stingers edging out the Rampage 5-4 in overtime.

  8. Surgery went well today (Monday). Think he was in for a little under 2 hours. He has a lot of family and friends around him for support. With all things considered he is in good spirits and hopefully even gets released to go home sometime late Tuesday which is amazing. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers everyone and thanks for the outpouring of support. See everyone Saturday night for another week of fun and frolicking.
