A couple changes coming in the Ranger Division this fall/winter. For starters Severe Icing will not be returning this session. With work and family obligations it looks like Icing could not field a team for play in the fall session. However taking their place will be a new team called, Mayhem. Mayhem opens up their season against the Average Joes this Saturday.
we had our practice with the Mayhem and ended up scrimaging them for the last half of practice. they are a good skating and a good passing team. I didnt really see any super physical play except mayhem on mayhem. look forward to playing them for real.

ReplyDeleteActually, 99 ran into him... much like you see a car run into a brick wall. He just crumpled to the ground. Once called for checking Suits proceeded to tell Plourde how shitty his mustache was and let's just say Plourde takes great pride in his facial hair.

FYI:
I am playing at Polar Ice and got a 5 minute penalty for fighting. No suspension as the problem was the other team. If you don't remove your gloves or any equipment it is not considered fighting. A little roughing....:)
FYI: The Silver League Ice Kings are merging with the Gold League Whistlers for Fall / Winter @ Nytex.
